Church of the Holy Cross, Sherston

Sherston is part of the Gauzebrook Group of parishes which include Alderton,Easton Grey, Foxley,Hullavington, Luckington.Norton and Stanton St Quintin.

The Church is open every day from 9.00am until 5.00pm. We extend a warm welcome to all whether for private prayer, services or our other activities.

Our normal Sunday services are:
8.00am Holy Communion
9.30am Sung Eucharist
6.00pm Evensong

A Family Service is held every 3rd Sunday at 9.30am (with Holy Communion at 6pm). On 5th Sundays, there is usually a Gauzebrook Group Service. Junior Church is usully held on 2nd and 5th Sundays, either in Sherston or Hullavington. Details are on the Church Notice Boards.

Coffee Shop, popular with all ages, including a Toy Corner, is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9.30am –12 noon. Easter to Christmas (from Janury to March Thursdays only).

A Prayer Group meets every Saturday in the Lady Chapel at 10.am where prayer requests from the prayer board in church are remembered. Morning prayer is offered on a Tuesday at 9am.
